Horton Bay 4th of July Parade

As this is an election year, the parade is going back to Horton Bay basics for the parade theme.  Horton Bay has always taken their political parties seriously.  Two are just not enough!  On that note... the theme this year will be...Horton Bay 2024 Election – WE NEED MORE PARTYS!!  Having a cocktail party?  Pajama party?  Toga party?  Tea party?  Fighting for your right to party?  Bring it on July 4!!   Make it a family affair!  Get all your friends on board!   Your float doesn’t have to be elaborate.   It doesn’t even have to be a float.
