A guided tour of fabulous French wines selected and paired with delicious cheeses and seasonal small plates.

This event is designed to be an intimate evening with seating limited to 24 in the charming bistro dining room and outside garden patio.

A bit about Susie Mayr

Susie’s interest in wine began when she started writing wine lists as a restaurant manager. She has been in the wine industry for close to 30 years, starting her career in 1994 at Republic National Distributing Company. She has spent more than 20 years working as a winery representative for Robert Mondavi, Folio Fine Wine Partners, and Via Wines, a Chilean company. She is currently the District Manager for Kobrand Fine Wine & Spirits, which represents approximately 60 wineries from around the world. She has a passion for wine education and regularly teaches at culinary programs and globally attended festivals. Susie will be a featured speaker at this summer’s Telluride Reserve Tasting, one of the top wine festivals in the world. She is a Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) through the Society of Wine Educators. She has certificates from both WSET (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) & Champagne MOOC. She has traveled extensively in such wine producing countries as Austria, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Chile and of course, the U.S.  She spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying the outdoors in Colorado with her kids & dogs.
